Delete in the app
Open Profile, choose Delete account, read the consequences and confirm Permanently delete my account.
Before deleting, disconnect any connected Gmail or Microsoft email accounts and remove other signed-in members from a household you own. If you signed in with Apple, you can also stop using Apple sign-in for Taalo from your Apple Account settings.
Request deletion without the app
Email support@taalo.io from the address used for your Taalo account with the subject “Taalo account deletion request”. We may ask you to verify control of the account. Never send a password or one-time code.
What is deleted
The request covers your account and associated private data, public Deal Hunter profile, Deals, comments and media. Shared household data may require an ownership hand-off. If security, fraud prevention or law requires limited retention, we will explain what is retained and for how long.
