The household life-admin app

One calm place for the work of home.

The MOT date, the weekly shop, the letter that needs a reply, who’s doing what on Saturday. Most homes run on a dozen apps that don’t talk to each other — and one person’s memory. Taalo keeps it in one place, connects it and tells you before something slips.

The problem Taalo solves

Running a home is
a second job.

It isn’t one big task. It’s hundreds of small ones, spread across inboxes, drawers, group chats, shop apps and somebody’s head. Miss one and it costs time, money or a stressful afternoon.

A kitchen table covered in loose receipts, opened letters, sticky notes, a torn shopping list, a car key and a phone
BeforeIt’s all on the table — and in your head.
The same table, now tidy: receipts clipped together, letters filed in a linen folder and the car key in a dish
With TaaloOne place, and nothing slips.

“When’s the MOT due again?”

Add the car by its registration. Taalo finds the MOT and tax dates and reminds you a month, a week and a day before.

Three shopping lists on three phones

One shared Cart for every shop you use, updated for everyone, with Stock that shows what’s running low.

The receipt you can’t find

Snap it once. Taalo reads the items and keeps them in your shopping History, ready when you need it.

The letter that needed a reply

Scan it, or let Taalo check your inbox. Documents and Post keep it searchable and show who’s dealing with it.

“Who’s doing what this weekend?”

Activities shows every task and plan with an owner, in a list or on a calendar — so you stop being the one everyone asks.

Taalo is your home’s shared memory.

The problem isn’t a lack of apps. It’s that nothing connects, so one person ends up remembering everything. Add something once and Taalo shows it wherever it matters.

Taalo is
  • One place for your home’s dates, things, shopping, car, plans and paperwork
  • Connected — add something once and see it wherever it matters
  • Shared with the people you live with
  • Easy to ask — every answer lands in the right place in the app
Taalo is not
  • Another to-do list to keep up
  • A filing cabinet you have to sort first
  • A chatbot on the side

Questions

Good to know.

More answers on the Support page, or email support@taalo.io.

What is Taalo, in one line?

A shared memory for your home: add the dates, things, shopping and paperwork once, and Taalo keeps them connected and reminds you before anything slips.

Who is Taalo for?

Households in the United Kingdom — whether you live alone, as a couple, with family or with housemates. It helps most if you’re the one who usually remembers everything. You must be 18 or over to create an account.

Do I have to organise everything first?

No. Start with one thing — your car’s registration or one receipt. Taalo does the organising, and you add more only when it helps.

How much does Taalo cost?

Taalo has no in-app purchases or subscriptions today. If that ever changes, we’ll tell you clearly before anything is charged.

Do I have to connect my email?

No. Email connections are optional. You can scan, upload, share or tell Taalo things directly, and connect Gmail or Outlook later if you want to.

Can I share Taalo with my household?

Yes. Invite other adults as Members, add Profiles for people without a login, and choose for each item whether it is private to you or shared with the household.

How do I delete my account?

Open Profile, choose Delete account and confirm. You can also request deletion without the app.

Life, together.

Stop carrying it all in your head.

Start with one thing — the car, a receipt or this week’s shop. Add more only when it earns its place in your household.
